This is an illegal dump sight on Ferry Rd.

Last month I noticed several more bags of trash dumped on the side of the road on Bowdoinham Rd. We need to do something to discourage this type of behavior.

What would happen if we instituted a "Litter Registry" and posted a picture and the name of anyone caught littering  on the Town's web sight.  I think this would be more of an incentive to stop littering  than the few dollars people now pay for a littering fine.  

If we ever go to a "pay per bag system" we will be seeing much more of this happening in Lisbon.
