The
answer to halting the growth of an aggressive form of a breast cancer
may be found in your kitchen pantry or local farmers market, according
to new scientific research. Putting millions of dollars worth of funding
into the breast cancer drug industry to shame, researchers recently
unveiled amazing new research that shows an ingredient known as apigenin
— found in celery and other produce — is a cheap way of stopping breast
cancer in its tracks. The sad part? The researchers even admit in their write-up that it will be virtually impossible to receive funding for further research because the pharmaceutical companies cannot profit from it!
That’s right, the scientists actually come out and say that due to the convenient and inexpensive nature of this cancer-fighting substance, big pharma cannot make any money off of it. As a result, the research will most likely be halted. Could it be any more apparent that these corporations are not interested in curing any disease? It is no wonder that cancer drugs have actually been found to kill patients more quickly than cancer itself, and are astronomically overpriced.
